Billing/Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee/Refund/Return Policy:

Cobalis Corporation respects our customers' right to return and refund their purchases.  You may return any unopened product boxes purchased within 45 days of shipdate for a full product refund less shipping and handling charges. 

Please Contact info@prehistin.com or info@cobalis.com  for product returns mailing address.  All return shipping and handling charges are at the your expense.

Please enclose a copy of the original packing slip/invoice along with the product you are returning in the original unopened box.  Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received upon receipt of returned product in  original unopened package.  Returns of unopened boxes from multi-pack purchases will be refunded at the pro-rata purchase price per box at the time of original sale.  We continue to hold your detailed customer information in complete confidence.

Cancellation Policy:

Cobalis Corporation respects our customers' right to cancel their ongoing monthly auto-shipment orders at any time 30 days prior to the next scheduled monthly auto-shipment date.   Any future payments will also be cancelled.  Monthly auto-shipment orders will be automatically billed and invoiced 14 days prior to each successive actual monthly product fulfillment shipdate.   Questions regarding this cancellation policy shall be directed to info@cobalis.com or info@prehistin.com and require the product order invoice number as reference.
